About the event
Come gather and commune with other moms for a morning of JOY, conversation, connection, and relaxing
sights and sounds as we walk and JOYrney together
...ONE feel-food thing at a time!
Suggested items:
- Hiking Boots or sneakers- gotta love ankle support!
- Long lightweight pants- protect from ticks, mosquitos, and poison ivy
- Light athletic shirts
- Light backpack (optional)
- Bandana
- Light jacket/poncho (weather depending)
- Sunhat
- At least 32oz water
- Hiking stick/poles (optional)
- Sunscreen
- Bug repellant
- Light snacks (nuts, fruit, etc – but please remember to be mindful of wrappers and leaving the area better than we found it!)
